12 Week Transformation
The heart of the Gentleman Spy Program:
12 weeks of structured training to break you out of any ruts you're in and build the life you want.
Each week is broken into the various phases of the Gentleman Spy program: Body, Style, Attitude, Skills, and Lifestyle. You will be given reading assignments, then practical missions to build upon what you've read.
Each week builds upon the training you completed last week.
Do not skip ahead. You need time at each level and step to adapt to and internalize new changes.
Some aspects of the program will come naturally and easily. Others will not and may require you to hold back a week or two as you integrate new skills or ideas into your life. That is okay, and expected.
If you get stuck on one section, keep training and moving forward on the other aspects of the program, and make up missions as you're able.
If you start falling behind on multiple parts of the program, step back, evaluate what is holding you back, and work on fixing that. Whenever you find yourself lacking time, or money, or focus - look at how you are spending those resources.
At every step, ask yourself "is this helping me move toward the life that I want to live?"
When the answer is "yes," keep pushing.
If the answer is "no," evaluate whether that is something you want or need to keep in your life, then change it or discard it.
- It could be a relationship that consumes your time and energy but doesn't fulfill you.
- It could be an old "friend" who is now more of a liability than an asset.
- It may be spending time watching TV instead of a more productive activity.
- It may be spending money or time chasing a status quo that you don't really care about.
You transform your life by ruthlessly prioritizing for success.
Whenever you get stuck, stall, or start feeling like you're stretched too thin, take a look at what is helping and what is holding you back. Then break the chains and keep moving forward.
Follow the system. You'll be amazed at how far you progress.
