12 Week Transformation

Week 10

Welcome to Week 10

Before beginning each new week of training, take stock of how the previous week went. Go through your Training Tracker and review any notes or portions that you were unable to complete last week. Make up anything you missed as soon as possible.

Let's get started.

BODY

  • Bodyweight or strength workouts (Monday/Wednesday/Friday)
  • Run (POSE practice + at least one run workout per week)
  • Swim (Total Immersion practice + at least one swim workout per week)
  • Paleo Diet

STYLE

  • Read the Jacket sections of the Style Basics and Casual Clothing modules
    • Purchase a navy blazer or other odd jacket. Like with other purchases, your lifestyle and personal style icons will come into play here. For a cleaner, more formal look, the navy blazer is the way to go. If you want a more relaxed and informal look, then a different odd jacket could be a good choice.
  • Weekly grooming: clip nails, trim body hair, and any other upkeep necessary

ATTITUDE

  • Read Elicitation in the Social Engineering module
    • Your goal this week is to step up your game into more complete social engineering, rather than simple introductions and conversations. Try to get people to divulge information they normally wouldn't, and/or do things for you (discounts at stores, free stuff, favors, dates, etc.). You're not trying to become a con-man or be trashy, but the idea is to master the ability to maximize social encounters.

SKILLS

  • MMA training two days per week
  • Combatives training one day per week
  • Language Training 30-60 minutes per day
  • Poker night or 30-60 minutes of dedicated practice daily
  • Pick an adventure sport that interests you and schedule a class or training this weekend.
    • In every location and every climate, you should be able to find something that interests you. Scuba diving, skiing, kiteboarding, climbing, skydiving, etc.
    • Many certification programs are held over various weekends, so use this weekend and next to get certified or begin your training.
    • If there are adventure sports that you already engage in, or used to but haven't in a while, use the next two weekends to re-engage or upgrade and update your skillset.

LIFESTYLE

  • Read the Travel module
    • Get (or renew) your passport; if you already have your passport, enroll in Global Entry or another trusted traveler program.
    • If you have not already, build a travel toiletry kit.
      • Make sure it is always stocked and always ready to go; you shouldn't have to raid your bathroom every time you plan a trip.
    • If you do not already have appropriate luggage, get that this week.
      • In most cases, less is more: opt for a good carry-on bag or backpack rather than big, expensive luggage sets.
    • If you travel to less developed countries or any location where you are at increased risk, take the time to fill out the Emergency Information Report and send copies to your next of kin and emergency contacts.
  • Visit at least one new cultural attraction this week
  • Visit at least one new restaurant per week
